Rider Insurance Policy
This policy outlines the insurance requirements and responsibilities of DeliveryWe riders operating in the UK to ensure compliance with legal obligations and protection for both riders and the Company.

Rider Insurance Obligations
- 2.1 All Riders must maintain valid vehicle insurance covering delivery work (bike, scooter, or car).
- 2.2 Insurance must comply with UK law and cover liability for third-party damage and bodily injury.
- 2.3 Riders are responsible for all premiums, deductibles, and costs associated with obtaining and maintaining insurance.
- 2.4 Riders must provide proof of valid insurance before commencing deliveries and upon request.
Company Insurance
- 3.1 DeliveryWe may provide limited liability insurance covering certain operational activities.
- 3.2 This insurance does not replace the Rider's own obligations to maintain valid insurance.
- 3.3 Details of the Company's insurance coverage will be provided separately.
Liability
- 4.1 Riders are personally liable for any accidents, loss, or damage arising from delivery activities if uninsured or underinsured.
- 4.2 The Company is not responsible for personal injury, vehicle damage, or third-party claims resulting from the Rider's actions, except in cases of direct Company negligence.
Reporting Incidents
- 5.1 Riders must report any accidents, claims, or incidents occurring during delivery duties to the Company immediately.
- 5.2 Riders must fully cooperate with the Company and insurers during any claims investigation or process.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
- 6.1 Failure to maintain valid insurance may result in suspension or termination of delivery access.
- 6.2 Repeated non-compliance may result in permanent removal from the DeliveryWe platform.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
